UPDATE

The past month was super busy, so many friends visiting, exams and of course the weather became better and better.. But from now on i will try to update my blog constantly (let's hope it works.. :D)

First of all, my cress grew amazingly fast! Now, a couple of weeks later, the basil also is almost perfect, so i just have to come up with a nice recipe that i can use it for.
What happened since the last blogpost? A lot! I met so many nice people, went on a day trip to Valencia (next blogpost will be about that), made some nice; healthy food (papaya rules) and successfully finished my exams (we don't have the results yet, but i am quite sure they all went pretty well). So since almost a week i can officially say: SUMMER HOLIDAYS!

It took less than 2 weeks and the cress tasted awesome on some knäckebröd with cream cheese

So simple but so good

Papaya dessert (for 3 people) 
1/2 Papaya
2 greek yogurts
granola (best if homemade)
coconut rasps

Put the yogurt in 3 bowls, cut the papaya and add it. Sprinkle everything with granola and some coconut rasps- and ready is the healthy and super tasty dessert! If you like raisins you can add them as well as nuts.
